- HUD and FHA Lending:Those who are interested in acquiring, constructing, refinancing or remodeling senior housing, multifamily rentals or certain healthcare facilities should consider this non-recourse loan. These loans offer permanent financing, full amortization and a fixed rate. Loan amounts are traditionally between $2 million and $50 million.
- SBA 7a and 504 Loans: Clipper Commercial Capital can help advise you through the many SBA loan programs for your business; which can be an excellent source of financing for most businesses. Clipper Commercial Capital has been designated as a Preferred Financial services company by Preferred SBA lenders to have loans processed more quickly and efficiently. This designation means that the SBA has delegated the approval process to our lenders, which means fast and efficient processing of your SBA loan.
- Small Balance Commercial Loans: We provide a full range of loan programs for small business owner occupied or investment properties. Owners and investors in small-balance properties tend to get overlooked by traditional banks and other lenders, as these institutions chase larger balance transactions. Clipper’s lender network has access to virtually unlimited capital and is positioned to respond to the needs of clients that don’t qualify for traditional bank financing. Most property types considered, “Small Balance” solutions range from $25,000 to $5,000,000.
- Small Balance, Short Term Construction Loans: Clipper understands that finding the right lender to finance the purchase and rehabilitation of distressed commercial or investment properties can be a complex task. We have a number of lenders who specialize in this niche of the real estate market: Non-owner occupied residential, commercial, or mixed use real estate. Loan amounts: $50,000 to $2,500,000. Terms to 18 months.
- Equity and Mezzanine Financing: For those projects requiring a substantial amount of cash, our mezzanine and equity financing can supply your business with funds ranging from $5 million to $100 million.
- Conventional Programs: For owner occupied real estate and stabilized investment properties, we offer conventional loans, with low competitive rates, including terms up to 30 years and 30 year amortizations.
- International Financing: Clipper Commercial Capital can structure solutions for your international ventures as well. We offer equity, mezzanine and debt financing overseas, with loan amounts of $50 million to $1 billion.
